Micaela Montalvo
Serving Michigan, Central Illinois, Southern Illinois and Mid-South Districts.
Micaela Montalvo joined the CPS Team in 2006. As an Account Manager, she assists LCMS ministries in Michigan, Central Illinois and Southern Illinois Districts.
Micaela graduated from Soldan International Studies High School and worked as a customer service representative at various companies before joining the Concordia Plans Customer Care team. After nine years she became an Account Representative on the Ministry Engagement Team where she now serves as an Account Manager and Team Lead.
Micaela and her husband raised their niece and nephew in addition to being blessed with three children who are her daily inspiration. You will hear Micaela brag about her “practice” grandchildren from her niece and nephew who now have families of their own. In her free time, Micaela enjoys traveling, bird watching, kayaking and gardening; she also spends lots of time with her fur babies – two dogs and two ferrets.
Micaela's favorite Bible verse is: "Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!" Psalm 133:1

Miriam Herrera

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
