$10 copay for members enrolled in Option A-E, Seminary Student option or Healthy Me Copay A-E options.

For members enrolled in high deductible plans*, such as Option HDHP and Healthy Me HSA A-E options:

  • $65 for general medical services.
  • $235 for psychiatry services ($105 for each subsequent consultation).
  • $95 for a therapist other than a psychiatrist.
  • $85 for dermatology services
  • $59 for nutrition services.

*Costs apply until the member has met his/her deductible. Once the deductible is met, the member will pay 20%** of the fee until the out-of-pocket maximum is met. Once the OOP is met, services are covered 100%.

**20% does not apply to Option HDHP.

Using Teladoc for general medical services at $10 or $65 is a cost-conscious alternative to:

There are no fees for members enrolled in a Whole Health or Whole Health 1000.

For Whole Health 2000 enrolled members, fees range from $25 to $561 based on region and length of visit. These fees will apply until you have met your deductible. Once the deductible is met, there are no fees for members.

Dental SmartScan

Don’t let costs, dental anxiety or not having a regular dentist stand between you and good oral health. SmartScan is a virtual dental exam through Cigna that provides a free, painless and convenient way to stay on top of your oral health.

  • Using your smartphone, you’ll take a series of guided photos of your teeth and gums.
  • Upload your photos to Dental.com, where your photos will be examined by artificial intelligence technology and a Cigna Healthcare network dentist.
  • You’ll receive a report including an overall rating of green, yellow or red indicating your oral health status.
