Transitional Interim Ministry Pastors
Transitional Interim Ministry (TIM) Pastors play a unique role in our church. When there is a congregation in need of someone to help them through a time of change and challenge, these pastors are there answering His call.
However, just as these pastors play a special role, they have special needs when it comes to benefits, especially during times of transition. Concordia Plans recognizes these needs and has created a benefit package specifically for TIM Pastors (e.g., age, health coverage, retirement status).

Eligibility and Enrollment in the Plans
TIM Pastors must be on the official, authorized list of Transitional Interim Ministry (TIM) Pastors to qualify for the unique TIM benefits offered by Concordia Plans. The Interim Ministry Conference (IMC) will determine eligibility. Please visit https://lcmstim.org/ for more information. Note that all eligibility questions should be directed to IMC.
