Jonathan Spring joined the Concordia Plans team in 2023 as an Account Manager assisting LCMS ministries in the Atlantic, Eastern, New England and New Jersey Districts.
Before joining the CPS Ministry Engagement Team, Jonathan worked as a 401(k) account manager and as an employee benefits analyst.
Jonathan is close with his parents and his two older brothers, Chris and Robin. When he’s not helping ministries, you’ll find Jonathan outdoors enjoying God’s creation.

Miriam Herrera
Serving LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers.
Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
