Chuck Deubner
Serving Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin Districts.
Chuck Deubner joined Concordia Plans as an Account Manager in 2019 and serves LCMS ministries in the Northern Illinois and South Wisconsin Districts. He has a bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
Chuck brings to CPS more than 25 years of professional experience, providing employee benefit solutions for small- to medium-sized employers.
In addition to serving ministries with CPS, Chuck helps the community as Chairman of the Board of the Patient and Family Advisory Committee at the Siteman Cancer Center.
Chuck and his wife, Lori, have been married for more than 40 years, and are blessed with three sons, Chip, Drew and Jack. In his spare time, you’ll find Chuck outdoors tending to his garden or playing golf; he and Lori also enjoy traveling.

Miriam Herrera

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
