Sean Kowal
Sean Kowal has worked at Concordia Plans for more than five years as an Account Manager assisting LCMS ministries in the Rocky Mountain, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana and Kansas Districts. He has a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Mass Communications from Northern Illinois University and brings many years of experience to CPS in the areas of community relations, management and business solutions.
 
Family is important to Sean. He and his wife have been blessed with two daughters and he loves spending time with his family. A true outdoor enthusiast, Sean enjoys hiking and swimming – and cooking.
 

Sean's favorite Bible verse is: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
 
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
 
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
