Vince Grochow
Vincent Grochow joined Concordia Plans as an Account Manager in 2021, assisting LCMS ministries in the Minnesota North, Minnesota South, North Dakota, South Dakota and North Wisconsin Districts. 
 
He brings to CPS more than 17 years of experience in customer service, business to business account management and sales. 
 
Vince and his wife, Chelsie, have been married for more than 20 years, and have been blessed with three children: Cory, Olivia, & Cameron. They are members of King of Kings Lutheran Church and School in Roseville, MN. At his previous congregations, Vince served as chairman, vice chairman and treasurer, as well as on multiple ministry boards including the Board of Stewardship and Board of Education. 
 
While his children’s activities keep him busy, Vince’s favorite time is family movie night - or any time spent with their kids and pets, which include a Golden retriever, two cats and a fish. 
 

Vince's favorite Bible verse is: “No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
 
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
 
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
