Michelle Wadley is excited to service Concordia Plans as an Account Manager, assisting LCMS ministries in the Mid-South, Southern and Florida-Georgia Districts.
After serving as the CPS Health and Wellness Manager for more than a year, she now uses her expertise to assist employers in making benefit decisions and navigating the changing healthcare landscape.
At her previous employer, Michelle served as a health insurance broker and manager, bringing years of experience with medical and employee benefits to CPS. In her previous role she prepared and customized insurance proposals to fit the customer’s needs and expectations, as well as helping compare healthcare options. She believes open communication and partnership are very important.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with emphasis in Health Care Administration.
She and her husband, Mike, have two children, Nick and Lauren. They’re members of Zion Lutheran Church, Harvester located in St. Charles, Missouri. Their family loves to travel, but in a most unusual way - they’re avid hot air balloonists. When they’re on the ground, you can find them on the hiking trail.
Michelle’s favorite Bible verse is: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5

Miriam Herrera

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
