Serving Missouri District, Iowa District East and Iowa District West.
Erica Villmer has been with Concordia Plans for more than 15 years. As an Account Manager, she works with ministries in the Iowa East District, Iowa West District and Missouri District.
Erica began her career with CPS as an Enrollment Eligibility representative before transitioning to Employer Guidance/Compliance Representative where she helped ministries with compliance and administration. She joined the Ministry Engagement Team as
an Account Representative focusing on small ministries before being promoted to her current role as Account Manager. From budgeting to compliance, she is ready to serve our ministries.
In her spare time, Erica and her husband, Dan, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three children. You’ll often find her walking her two pups or rolling up her sleeves to refinish furniture.

Miriam Herrera

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
