Traci Ahlbrand
Serving Indiana, Ohio and Michigan Districts.
Traci Ahlbrand joined Concordia Plans as an Account Manager in 2019, assisting LCMS ministries in the Indiana, Ohio and Michigan Districts. She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Traci and her husband, Jeff, have three grown children – Jeffery, Kristen and Amanda. They were recently blessed with their first grandchild. When she’s not busy helping ministries, you’ll find Traci enjoying the great outdoors by either hiking or taking long walks with their two yellow labs, Tucker and Duke. She also enjoys spending time with her children, extended family and friends.
Traci and Jeff are members of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Des Peres, Missouri.
Traci's favorite Bible verse is: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23

Miriam Herrera

Miriam Herrera has a unique role with the Ministry Engagement Team. As an Account Representative, she works with LCMS ministries across the country with four or fewer full-time workers enrolled in Concordia Plans.
Miriam joined the CPS team more than 10 years ago. You may recognize her friendly voice, as she spent nine years helping members as part of Customer Care before being promoted to her current role helping ministries.
Miriam and her husband have been blessed with three children. When she has free time, she taps into her artistic side, by drawing and crafting.
