Through Evernorth Confide enhanced EAP, members have access to expanded mental health care solutions - in person or digitally - to address what is challenging their mental well-being. They can find personalized care through assessment and care navigators. Evernorth Confide is here when YOU are ready.
A Care Navigator through Evernorth Confide can help you find a counselor based on your criteria, including faith, age and specialty.

You’re able to earn points in Vitality for appointments with a licensed mental health professional. Earn 100 points for each visit, up to 800 points in a calendar year.
Vitality offers three "Mental Well-being Reviews" to support assessing our mental health, which can provide initial insight into where we are in comparison to our optimal state. You’ll be taking an important first step in improving your personal mental health awareness AND you’ll earn Vitality Points – 225 possible points available.

How to find and choose a counselor
When you’re ready to talk with a counselor about the challenge(s) you’re facing, there are several ways to find someone that you’ll feel comfortable speaking to about your mental well-being.
Lutheran counselors ready to help.
If you feel like you need to talk to someone about your mental health and you're specifically looking for a Lutheran counselor, Concordia Plans has created a network to help you find one. You don't have to be in the Concordia Health Plan or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to search. It's important that you find someone you're comfortable speaking with about your mental well-being.
