Today is the final day for 2023 Employer Benefits Election. The Employer Election Tool, which you can access under the Quick Links tab in your employer portal, closes Wednesday, Sept. 7. For help or more information, Employer Benefits Election resources are on our hub, including a webinar recording with a demo of the Employer Election Tool.
If you haven’t submitted your 2022 Annual Compensation Report, please do so now. ACRs are necessary to ensure accurate billing and proper benefits for your workers. You can submit your 2022 ACR by logging into your employer portal and clicking on ACR Online Tool under Quick Links. The ACR Online Tool will be unavailable from Sept. 29 through Oct. 17 as we prepare for 2023 ACRs. Look for more information regarding 2023 ACRs coming soon!
‘Life Insurance Basics’ Webinar
Did you know that the Concordia Disability & Survivor Plan also includes basic life insurance for your workers? Providing your workers with life insurance helps give them peace of mind and ensures their family is covered if the unexpected happens.
Meg Nichols, Health & Welfare Manager, is hosting a webinar Sept. 20 at 1 p.m. CT that will include:
An overview of CDSP Basic Life benefits.
Information on additional insurance options, including AD&D, TAIP and Supplemental Life.
Beneficiary information and why this is important.
Conversion, portability and what this means for your workers.
Beginning with the Sept. 1 payments, Concordia Plans has successfully transferred benefit payment processes to Northern Trust. We’re happy to report that due to careful planning and the diligent work of CPS staff, there was no interruption of benefits to retirees and members.
Later this month we’re sending your workers a postcard about Open Enrollment. Workers eligible for the Concordia Health Plan will be directed to our website to find details about their 2023 benefits, including a digital Member Open Enrollment Guide. Workers not eligible for the CHP will be encouraged to log in to the member portal to review their financial benefits.
Next month we’ll share more information about how you can prepare to help your workers during Open Enrollment.
