It can be difficult for your workers to judge how much they’ve saved for retirement. They may think they have plenty, but how long will their savings last?
It can be difficult for your workers to judge how much they’ve saved for retirement. They may think they have plenty, but how long will their savings last?
April 8-19 we’re holding a CRSP 403(b) Spring Enrollment campaign to:
Encourage workers who are saving to consider increasing their contributions to be better prepared for retirement. The suggested savings rate will be based on their estimated current contribution rate.
Encourage workers* not currently saving to start! We’ll highlight the importance of personal retirement savings to complement their pension benefits.
Take advantage of free, one-on-one sessions with Financial Educators to talk about retirement planning.
If you are not currently offering the CRSP to your workers, now is a great time to enroll! Contact your Account Manager to learn more about the benefits of offering the CRSP to your workers!
*Workers at ministries not offering the CRSP will be excluded.
