Based on feedback from employers and members, we are expanding our customer service hours. Starting Aug. 5, our team will be available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT. We hope this additional time will help our members across time zones more easily access our representatives. You can call us at 888-927-7526 or email us at [email protected].
New customer satisfaction survey launched July 1
A new survey to capture real-time customer satisfaction started on July 1. At the end of each phone call with our service representatives, you'll be asked to rate your experience on a scale of zero to nine, with zero being "not at all satisfied" and nine being "extremely satisfied."
This single, straightforward question ensures that we receive immediate feedback, allowing us to address any concerns promptly and enhance our service quality. Your input is invaluable to us, and we appreciate your participation.
It’s a good idea for your workers to budget and save for major as well as everyday health care and/or dependent care costs. And a personal spending account (PSA) with HealthEquity makes it easy to do!
Concordia Plans partners with HealthEquity to administer:
Health savings accounts (HSA): Medical savings accounts that can be paired with compatible health plan options to help pay for out-of-pocket eligible expenses. HSA balances automatically roll over from year to year, so your workers can use the account to pay expenses throughout the year or save the money for future healthcare expenses. As the employer, you can decide if you want to contribute to your workers’ HSA to help them with their qualified expenses.
Flexible spending accounts (FSA): Funds can be used toward qualified medical or dependent care expenses depending on the type of FSA. The funding is use-it-or-lose-it and is forfeited if not spent by the end of the plan year.
Health reimbursement arrangements (HRA): Funded by the employer to help workers pay for certain out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses, HRAs are a great way to ensure you help cover your workers’ medical expenses.
PSAs offer tax benefits, which typically means your workers keep more money in their pockets. Because your workers manage the funds in their accounts, PSAs encourage them to be better healthcare consumers – stretching their healthcare dollars. For example, HealthEquity offers investment options through an HSA, so when workers open an account, they can grow their savings tax-free!
HealthEquity provides an online member site and mobile app so it’s easy for your workers to manage their accounts, track expenses and access funds. They also offer 24/7 customer support, including educational resources.
