Get ready for the 2025 Employer Benefits Election by registering for one of our upcoming webinars that will cover a Concordia Health Plan overview and important updates.
The 2025 Employer Elections period is Sept. 2 – Sept. 13. We encourage you to visit our Employer Election webpage where you’ll find resources to help you prepare – including guides, plan information and how to elect your benefits for 2025.
Our final Employer Election webinar is Aug. 8 at 1 p.m. CT, for employers offering CHP options with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and UMR carriers. The webinar will cover Concordia Health Plan changes and rates, employer election details, and the Member Open Enrollment timeline. There also will be dedicated time for a Q&A session.
Based on feedback from employers and members, we’re expanding our customer service hours. Starting Aug. 5, our team will be available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT. We hope this additional time helps our members across time zones access our representatives more easily. You can call us at 888-927-7526 or email us at [email protected].
Customer satisfaction survey
We’ve had a great response rate on our new survey! Members are asked to rate their experience at the end of phone conversations with our service representatives. The immediate feedback allows us to address concerns promptly and enhance our service quality. Please encourage your workers to participate in the survey when they call CPS.
Concordia Plans is dedicated to the wellness of LCMS church workers, and we encourage everyone to use this time of year to reassess and schedule health screenings. Screenings help highlight areas of our overall health that could be negatively impacting us when serving God’s mission, both now and in the future.
As an advocate for your ministry, you can encourage the importance of biometric screenings and other health assessments to your teams and workers. Want to level up your support? Bringing health screenings onsite provides staff with convenient access and increases the likelihood that people participate and complete the necessary steps. LabCorp is available to come on-site for ministries with 30 or more CHP registrants (employee and covered spouse), at no cost to your ministry or workers.
If on-site screenings aren’t possible for your ministry, you still have several options to encourage your workers to check-in on their health, including:
Schedule their own individual screening through Vitality at a LabCorp or Quest patient service center. Workers can watch this short video to learn how.
Submit a completed “Biometric Screening” form, filled out by their provider during their annual physical.
Locate your local Health Department, they may provide options for serving your non-CHP covered workers.
